New 'L'

Some people around me currently are making progress on their ‘L’ stories.

Meeting new ‘L’, getting approval from parents, being ‘L’rs again after breaking up.

Some also are still in a long story and struggle to find their true ‘L’.

As for me? My ‘L’ story was pretty simple and straightforward.

Ever since I was born, I ‘L’ only one man.

He is someone I met in my campus, a “sunbae”.

I spent my 4 years campus life time plus 2 years after that only to conduct my body and soul to ‘L’ him.

I don’t know how to ‘L’ anybody else except him.

Those 6 years are never spent thinking about another man.

Now that he is with someone else, I don’t have any encouragement on how to start ‘L’ing another man.

To ‘L’ and be ‘L’d are no longer things that I need.

So, if you are asking about my ‘L’ life now?

Now, I am enjoying my life ‘L’ing my kiddos.

They are the ones I just met two years ago.

It was hard to make them ‘L’ me.

But, now they do.

I can’t stop thinking about them and am always willing to give them my all.

I enjoy sharing with them, playing around, and singing together out loud.

I found new definition of ‘L’.

It is ‘L’ towards my kiddos.

This type of ‘L’ is sufficient for me.

I am thankful.

I am enough with all my kiddos around me.

Tulisan ini dibuat oleh Isni Maisyarah Dalimunthe. Sehari-hari bekerja sebagai bandar susu dan setiap weekend dia menjadi kakak pengajar (atau pengasuh yaa nyebutnya?) di SBM Matahari Depok.
